destructive steps dance association
For the community, by the community
Our Story
Destructive Steps Dance Association was established to support, develop, and elevate street dance culture in Australia. What began as a grassroots event has grown into a nationally recognised organisation delivering festivals, youth initiatives, professional development programs, and public outcomes for street dance artists.
what we do:
-
DSDA organises Australia’s Largest Street Dance Festival which garners over a thousand audience and competitors to Sydney over the 4-days it is held.
-
We organise street dance community events that bring together all different kinds of people – dancers, artists, DJs, MCs and spectators – from all ages, backgrounds and cultures.
-
We are connected to incredible teachers from the street dance community with years of experience representing the culture and sharing their unmatched skills and knowledge.
-
We provide exclusive and exciting entertainment options for sporting teams, corporate showcases, demonstrations, promotional work, film, TV and advertising.
who we’ve worked with:
dance,
culture,
community.
Bringing people together from all walks of life through the Street Dance Culture.
